Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications, performing treatments, and educating patients and families.
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment, including progress notes, medication lists, and lab results.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A current RN license in the state where the position is located.
- At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a medical-surgical setting.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
