Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive medical assessments by entering data into clinical computer programs.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop comprehensive plans of care based on unique patient needs.
- Respond to patient calls, complete follow-up to address needs, issues, or concerns.
- Document visit notes, treatments, and care.
Requirements:
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing or equivalent for licensing.
- No experience required, but related experience is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Constant use of speech to share information through oral communication.
- Constant standing and walking.
- Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
- Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
- Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more).
- Frequent use of smell to detect/recognize odors.
- Frequent use of hearing to receive oral communication and distinguish body sounds.
- Frequent driving.
- Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
