Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at the Cardiology Clinic. As a nurse in this role, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring timely communication and coordination with the healthcare team.
- Serve as a primary coordinator for all disciplines, providing well-coordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders, prioritizing patient safety and comfort.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs, working closely with the healthcare team to ensure seamless transitions.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or equivalent education.
- No experience required; willingness to learn and grow with our organization.
- Current RN licensure in applicable state(s).
- BLS HCP certification from American Heart Association.
