Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an Anticoagulation and Infusion nurse at SSM Health. This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on patients' lives while being part of a collaborative and dynamic team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supports the care of the patient and assesses and addresses the needs of the patient/family
- Collaborates with other departments as needed to establish the patient/family treatment plan
- Develops, implements, evaluates, or updates the plan of care and patient educational needs regarding vascular access
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date patient records
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent education required
- Registered Professional Nurse (RN) licensure from the state of employment
- Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) certification from the American Heart Association
- Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse (AOCN) certification or equivalent experience
