This part-time opportunity focuses on providing a patient-centered approach to both primary and acute care for Grande Cheese associates and their families. • Position will a combination of Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays

Key Responsibilities

• Provide independent patient care
• Conduct comprehensive primary and acute care visits
• Perform pre-employment and work-related physicals
• Develop and participate in population health programs

Qualifications

• Advanced practitioner certification - PA or FNP
• Ability to obtain license in Wisconsin
• Experience in primary and acute care preferred
• Strong patient communication skills
