Job Summary
This role directs services, workflow, and resources for an assigned nursing area.
The incumbent develops departmental goals and objectives consistent with medical, administrative, legal, and ethical requirements of the health care delivery system.
The job involves directing clinical activities, including patient assessment, care plan development, service level determination, patient visits, and complaint management.
The incumbent prepares and monitors budgets and ensures that assigned nursing areas operate within allocated funds.

Requirements
- Masters degree in nursing or related field
- Bachelors degree in Nursing if Master's is not in Nursing
- Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (BLS HCP) - American Heart Association (AHA)
