We're seeking an experienced RN Medical Office Professional to join our team at SSM Health. As a valued member of our Cardiology Clinic, you'll be responsible for providing direct nursing care to patients, working closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care, and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor patient care plans in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Record and communicate patient condition as necessary, ensuring effective communication with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Serve as primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team
Requirements:
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing or equivalent education for licensure
- No experience required; willing to learn and grow with our team
- Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (BLS HCP) certification from the American Heart Association
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, or Wisconsin (or Compact State)
