Available Roles
Lead Controls Technician
Role: Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of building management systems on construction projects.

Responsibilities:
Supervise on-site teams and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate project completion.
Develop detailed commissioning plans including functional testing, sequence verification, and system calibration.
Interpret technical drawings and provide clear guidance to team members.
Collaborate with project stakeholders to address technical concerns and ensure seamless system integration (e.g., HVAC, lighting, security).
Experience: Familiarity with control systems from well-known industry brands is a significant advantage.
Experienced Controls Service Technician
Role: Provide ongoing service, troubleshooting, and maintenance for installed building automation systems and integrated equipment.

Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive system tests, startup procedures, and routine service checks on process equipment.
Install and modify low voltage communication wiring and related hardware as needed.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site to maintain system performance.
Perform quality assurance measures and document all maintenance activities accurately.
Experience: Proficiency in servicing components such as chillers, pumps, and cooling towers is preferred.
Experienced Controls Installation Technician
Role: Execute installation projects in manufacturing or commercial settings with an emphasis on HVAC and building automation controls.

Responsibilities:
Lead on-site installation tasks including wiring, terminations, and the setup of electrical raceways in compliance with electrical codes.
Troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on control systems during and after installation.
Coordinate with installation teams and ensure all systems are thoroughly tested and commissioned prior to handover.
Interpret blueprints and technical documents to guide installation work.
Experience: A minimum of three years’ experience as an installation electrician in a related field is required.
General Qualifications
