Duties
- Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of the hotel operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Train, mentor, and develop staff to deliver outstanding service and uphold brand standards.
- Coordinate with Sales Manager , ensuring smooth execution from planning to service.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure a positive hotel experience.
- Monitor daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain knowledge of Fosse system for efficient order processing and reporting.
Skills
- Proficiency in LightSpeed or similar hospitality management software is preferred
- Strong background in Front Desk operations .
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
