Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Develops and implements battery, battery supply chain and EV program strategies.
- Responsible to Division Manager for schedule budget, and quality of all program elements.
- Co-develop business plans, forecasting and staffing models to achieve desired business outcomes in the battery, battery supply chain and EV and complex project sectors.
- Co-develops operational process and work instructions to ensure project execution success.
- Integrate global workforce strategies into programs.
- Build Project Management team, in support of business strategies.
- Being a champion of SSOE and assisting in attracting talent to SSOE.
- Integrates the management of multiple projects into a program.
- Leads high-level sessions for program plan and schedule development.
- Responsible for setting and reviewing objectives, coordinating activities across projects.
- Oversees the integration and reuse of interim work products and results. Reviews and approves project plans for conformance to program strategy and program plan and schedule.
- Escalates decisions to Division Manager as necessary.
- Provides overall program management, coordination, and direction to teams.
- Develops excellent working relationships with all stakeholders including customers, partners, suppliers, and all internal engineering and functional leads.
- Leads and participates in business development efforts with proposals and potential customer briefings.
- Coordinates programs on time, within budget and in accordance with all contract requirements.
- Delivers budgeted financial performance (orders, sales, profit and cash).
- Builds and maintains relationships with vendors and program related personnel.
- Competitive Salary: $150,000- $215,000/year depending on location, education, experience, and certifications.

What You’ll Need on Day One:
- Bachelor or Masters Degree in Architecture/Engineering or Construction Management required.
- Professional Registration preferred.
- 12 years of professional experience.
- Experience leading global teams.
- Direct knowledge of the battery, EV, and complex project sectors.
- Experience working as part of an executive leadership team.
- Willing to travel, including internationally, as required. Estimated at 25%.
- Valid driver's license required. May be waived for international assignments.
Salary : $150,000 - $215,000
