Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities :
- Manage overall project and program cost controls and reporting to support project / program management.
- Develop, implement, and maintain standard program procedures and tools for project controls (cost, earned value management, change management, risk management, contingency management).
- Develops Project Services Estimates, Pricing Tools
- Provide necessary cost reports, cost analysis, identify issues, and provide recommendations to the Program / Project Manager.
- Establishes cost and progress measurement (earned value) system.
- Validates reported progress and estimate to complete cost.
- Maintain ongoing benchmarking data (pricing, metrics, KPIs).
- Prepare / provide input into client Monthly Reports and support Project Review meetings.
- Supports the Practice Leadership in the preparation and maintenance of business plans, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Occasional travel to client or project sites.
