Responsibilities
Key Responsiblities :
- Innovative Design Solutions : Make independent decisions on engineering challenges, practices, and methods, crafting innovative design solutions.
- Client Engagement : Actively participate in meetings and conferences, representing the firm, engaging in discussions on critical issues, and aligning project strategies.
- Business Development Acumen : While managing projects, you will also build relationships with land and economic developers as we expand into emerging manufacturing and high-tech markets.
- Project Leadership : Lead the planning, development, and coordination of medium to large engineering projects or several smaller complex projects, ensuring budget and schedule compliance, quality control, and coordination between disciplines.
- Expert Guidance : Act as a pivotal expert, sharing specialized skills and knowledge through cutting-edge techniques.
- Supervision and Guidance : Offer supervision and guidance on key objectives, critical issues, innovative concepts, policy matters, and any unique challenges or advancements. This client-facing role is strategic, touting technical thought leadership capable of further developing our mid-level talent into engaged and empowered professionals.
- Client Satisfaction : Engage with clients to explore project scope, provide updates on project advancements, and guarantee client satisfaction.
