The Work
As a language-enabled all-source analyst, you will conduct analysis using information from multiple sources and foreign languages to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature. You will generate products in accordance with tradecraft standards, using a wide range of resources and tools and briefs analysis for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature.
- Generate products in accordance with tradecraft standards, using a wide range of resources and tools and briefs analysis for stakeholder.
- Regularly translate publicly available documents and reports.
- Increase translation output by using information system skills like word processing and data entry.
- Validate information and apply client tradecraft to build assessments for the internal client, customers, and senior policymakers.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience or Associate’s degree and 7 years of experience or HS diploma/GED and 9 years of experience
- 3 Years of Language Enabled Analytic Experience
- 3 years of experience working in a multi-skilled team environment collaborating on the production of signals intelligence analysis and reporting
- Experience with DoD intelligence tools, methodologies, regulations, and policy
- Knowledge of a wide range of SIGINT concepts, principles, and practices, and its sub-disciplines, policy, operations, tasking, and procedures
- Ability to show a score of 2 or higher in Listening and Reading on the DLPT, ILR, ODA, or ACTFL Advanced Low in the Chinese (Mandarin) or Tagalog language
- Ability to synchronize tactical and strategic intelligence into products; able to communicate with vast audiences
- Ability to provide shift work support
- Requires Top Secret/SCI with a CI Poly Clearance.
- Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.
- Must possess problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to respond effectively to customers with a sense of urgency.
- Proficient in Microsoft and Adobe toolsets, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc.
- Highly motivated with the ability to handle and manage multiple tasks at any one time.
- Ability to forge new relationships, individual and teaming in nature.
- Must be a Self-starter, that can work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with INDOPACOM Intelligence problem sets
- Experience working in Cyber, Air, Naval or Space domains
- Knowledge and experience with intelligence operations and drafting expert assessments across domains on behalf of the stakeholder
- Bachelor's degree preferred, Master's degree a plus
- Completion of a credentialing Service School including Army MOS 35P or AFSC 1N3 or Intelligence Community (IC) tradecraft-recognized SIGINT analyst certification course
