The SIGINT-COMINIT Analyst is dedicated to the specialized collection, analysis, and reporting of signals intelligence with a specific emphasis on COMINT, PROFORMA, and FISINT. This role supports the USARPAC G37 Theater Exercises mission by providing high-quality intelligence analysis to enhance the readiness and effectiveness of U.S. land forces in the USINDOPACOM Area of Responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted collection and in-depth analysis of COMINT, PROFORMA, and FISINT signals.
- Expertly identify and report on the technical characteristics of signals, including their structure, parameters, and content.
- Produce detailed intelligence reports that accurately convey the findings of signal analyses.
- Offer shift work support to maintain continuous intelligence operations.
- Participate in the development and execution of exercises aimed at bolstering MDO and Decisive Action readiness.
- Contribute to the enhancement of Joint warfighting capabilities and the strengthening of partnerships with allies.
- Other duties as assigned.
- At least 5 years of focused experience in COMINT, PROFORMA, or FISINT collection and signals analysis.
- Demonstrated capability in the collection and analysis of signals.
- Deep understanding of signal characteristics, including structure, parameters, and content.
- Proficiency in analyzing and reporting on signals within the RF and digital domains.
- Commitment to providing necessary shift work support.
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
- Completion of 450/460 Fundamental COMINT Signals Analysis courses.
- Educational background with a high school diploma or GED and 9 years of professional experience, an Associate's degree and 7 years of professional experience, or a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of professional experience in a related field.
- Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.
- Must possess problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
- High Level of mental focus and precision required.
- Ability to respond effectively to customers with a sense of urgency.
- Proficient in Microsoft and Adobe toolsets, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc.
- Highly motivated with the ability to handle and manage multiple tasks at any one time.
- Ability to forge new relationships, individual and teaming in nature.
- Must be a Self-starter, that can work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience with INDOPACOM Intelligence problem sets.
- Completion of recognized credentialing Service School (e.g., Army 35S, Air Force 1N2C, Marine 2621).
- Completion of Military 451/461 Intermediate COMINT Signals Analysis course and 452 Advanced COMINT Signals Analysis.
- Completion of Intermediate PROFORMA Workshop (IPW).

Working Conditions
- The position is located at Fort Shafter, HI.
- Professional office environment.
- May Require shift work to ensure 24/7 operational coverage.
