What You’ll Do
- Oversee store operations: Lead, mentor, and supervise team members.
- Ensure high standards: Maintain inventory, merchandising, and cleanliness.
- Financials: Manage daily sales, scheduling, and payroll.
- Team Development: Train and onboard staff to deliver top-tier service.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or relevant coursework preferred.
- Experience: 2 years in retail management.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems, strong organizational abilities.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills, conflict resolution, and ability to work with diverse teams and executives.
