Duties :
- Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
- Develop and maintain budgets for kitchen operations while adhering to cost control measures.
- Train, mentor, and schedule kitchen staff to ensure optimal performance and teamwork.
- Oversee food handling practices to comply with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate catering services as needed, ensuring customer satisfaction with menu offerings.
- Utilize POS systems for tracking sales and managing orders efficiently.
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to enhance the overall dining experience.
- Proven experience in a kitchen management role or as an Assistant Manager in a restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting practices and inventory control methods.
- Familiarity with coffee preparation and service is a plus.
- Background in hospitality management or catering is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
