Oversee accounting functions, financial reporting, and month-end close processes.Deliver financial analysis across revenue, cost, and operational efficiency metrics.Provide detailed variance reports and trend analysis to senior leadership.Ensure compliance with financial regulations, reporting standards, and internal controls.Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, payroll, AP / AR, and operational teams.Train, mentor, and lead finance professionals in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment.What We’re Looking For :
Education : Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.Experience : Minimum five years of progressive finance or accounting experience, including one year in management . Food and beverage industry experience is a plus.Preferred : CPA designation (not required).Technical Skills : Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, SAP, and financial modeling tools .Leadership & Influence : Ability to build relationships, communicate insights, and drive financial excellence .Work Eligibility & Travel Requirements :
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.Must be able to pass TSA / Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) background checks .Must reside in Pittsburgh, PA or Indianapolis, IN , with travel ( ~25% ) across the U.S. and Canada.Ready to Take the Next Step?
