Key Responsibilities
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and subject matter experts.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of project performance metrics, lessons learned, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, processes, and standards.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience managing external customer-facing projects specific to software implementations, information technology, and/or professional services.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Customer-facing leadership acumen with the ability to work and interact directly with clients independently and autonomously.
- Direct experience with financial management of budget, hours tracking, and invoicing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated advanced project risk analysis and mitigation experience.
- Problem-solving capabilities, flexible, and able to handle multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Extensive MS Project experience.
- PMI PMBOK understanding and PMI PMP certification is a differentiator.
