General Description
The Bookkeeping position supports the team by performing basic accounting functions such as processing payments, receipts and deposits, assigning GL numbers, performing voucher transactions, maintaining payment records, reconciling statements and invoices and other related AP/AR duties. Secondly, the Administrative/Clerical/Bookkeeper will receive, sort and distribute incoming mail, maintain filing systems, compile records, check and enter data, update and maintain databases. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe office environment. Lastly, the Administrative/Clerical/Bookkeeper is responsible for completing all duties assigned.
Work Schedule
Requires working weekday mornings and afternoons. Some early mornings, weekends and evenings may be required.

Minimum and Preferred Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
- General knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Microsoft Excel and PC proficiency
- 2 year's experience in AR/AP roles
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 or more years experience with accounts receivable/payable.
- 2 year Accounting degree (AA).
