Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a Heavy Equipment Diesel Mechanic for an ASAP Start in Sullivan's Island, SC.
LOTS OF OVERTIME!
- PAY: $28-$34 (based upon experience)
- HOURS: Shifts will be 12-hour days starting at 7 AM
- SCHEDULE: Work will be Monday-Friday; approximately 60 hours per week
- START DATE: ASAP
- DURATION: Temporary to Permanent
Heavy Equipment Diesel Mechanic Job Description:
- Diagnose and repair diesel engines and related systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on heavy equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
Qualifications for Heavy Equipment Diesel Mechanic:
- Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Diesel Mechanic. 3 to 5 years minimum experience in heavy equipment.
- Experience with heavy equipment is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines and mechanical systems.
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must have PPE
Additional Requirements for Heavy Equipment Diesel Mechanic:
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have reliable transportation to the job site
