What are the responsibilities and job description for the Journeyman Plumber position at SST Direct?
Seeking Journeyman Plumbers with commercial experience for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Sioux Falls, SD.
This position offers full benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental and 401k!
Pay rate is between $25 - $38 per hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Assemble, install or repair pipes, fittings, or fixtures of heating, water, or drainage systems
- Read and understand blue prints
- Prepare work for apprentices
- Measure, cut, thread and assemble new pipe, placing the assembled pipe in hangers or other supports
- Cut or drill holes in walls or floors to accommodate the passage of pipes
- Layout, assemble, and install plumbing and piping systems
- Mount brackets and hangers on walls and ceilings to hold pipes , commercial, run a crew
Qualifications:
- Journeyman Plumber License
- 3 years of commercial plumbing experience
- Experience running commercial jobs
