Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee remodeling projects from start to finish
Manage and coordinate a team of carpenters and subcontractors
Perform hands-on carpentry and ensure high-quality craftsmanship
Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and project managers
Maintain a safe and organized worksite while ensuring compliance with building codes
Qualifications:
10 years of experience in residential remodeling
Expertise in carpentry, cabinetry, flooring, framing, tile work, and finish carpentry
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to read blueprints and manage project timelines
