Seeking a Paving Foreman for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Oakland, CA.

Salary is between $124,000 - $145,000 per year (based on experience)
The Paving Foreman will plan, coordinate, and manage the onsite paving crew (asphalt/blacktop) to achieve maximum productivity while keeping within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise progress at paving/road construction sites
- Serve as the link between workers and supervisors
- Plan and schedule daily paving work
- Assign tasks to field employees
- Ensure proper machinery usage on-site
- Ensure timely project completion
- Implement health and safety protocols
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Paving Foreman
- In-depth knowledge of job sites, crews, heavy civil construction, and paving
