Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process multi-state payroll for 600 employees across 40 states, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Collaborate with finance, sales, and recruiting teams to continuously improve payroll processes.
- Maintain, audit, and report payroll records, including prevailing wage reporting.
- Assist with system updates, audits, and compliance initiatives to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 5 years of payroll experience; multi-state or staffing industry experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll systems.
