PAY : $22-$32 / hour (based upon experience) HOURS : Shifts will be 8-hour workdays, 5 days per week (40 hours / week) SCHEDULE : Workdays will be Monday-Friday; 7 : 00am – 4 : 00pm START DATE : ASAP DURATION : temporary to hire Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Commercial Plumber to join our team. This role requires mechanical knowledge, hands-on experience with plumbing installations and repairs, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. This is a NEW APARTMENT COMPLEX BUILD. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems according to local codes and regulations. Assemble and install pipes, fittings, valves, and fixtures for water, gas, and drainage systems. Rough in and install fixtures. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks. Perform heavy lifting as needed to transport materials and equipment. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Ensure a clean and safe work environment at all times. Qualifications Previous commercial plumbing experience. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to plumbing tasks. Ability to lift heavy materials safely (up to 50 pounds). Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients. Relevant certifications or licenses in plumbing are preferred but not required.
