SST Direct is seeking a skilled Coatings and Plant Solutions Supervisor to join our team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing project completion at job sites and ensuring the highest quality execution and safety.
This is a field-based role that requires travel along the East Coast. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in contracting, construction, industrial painting, maintenance and repair, or field services, and an associate or bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
In this position, you will:
- Manage and supervise construction projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and construction crews
- Maintain the highest standards of quality execution and safety
