Salary: $100K - $110K (based on experience) monthly bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and supervise roofing projects from inception to completion, ensuring all aspects are on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate project records, reports, and documentation, including daily production reports, change orders, and project milestones
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and manage roofing production teams, including foremen, installers, and subcontractors, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Quality Assurance: Conduct on-site inspections and quality checks, ensuring adherence to company standards and local building codes
- Scheduling and Logistics: Develop and maintain production schedules, coordinate with suppliers, manage inventory, and oversee the timely delivery of materials to job sites
- Customer Satisfaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution, addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience
- Health and Safety Compliance: Enforce all company and OSHA safety protocols, conducting safety audits and implementing corrective actions when necessary
- Budget Management: Oversee job costings, labor, and materials to maintain profitability, actively working to prevent and resolve any budget overruns
- Ad Hoc Projects: Take on additional projects as needed, such as process improvement initiatives, cost-saving strategies, or special roofing and solar projects to meet evolving business needs
- Will be responsible for vendor communication and materials (ordering, suppliers, inventory, etc.
Qualifications
Skills:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in roofing production or a related field, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in construction management, business, or a related field preferred
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in roofing or construction management are a plus (e.g., NRCA certification)
Skills:
- Strong project management abilities, with a proven track record of managing complex roofing projects
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and communicate with clients and stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of roofing systems, construction methods, and local building code
- Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite, Excel, Word, Outlook
- 2 years of CRM systems experience (preferably Salesforce)
- Forklift Certified is a plus (not essential)
