About the Role

Our team is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Estimator – Industrial Electrical to oversee and manage large-scale electrical projects in industrial settings. This position plays a critical role in delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
As a Senior Project Manager/Estimator, you will plan, execute, and finalize projects, leading a team of professionals, coordinating resources, and collaborating with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage large-scale industrial electrical projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals for new projects.
- Lead project teams, providing direction and support to ensure project objectives are met.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with quality standards and deadlines.
- Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Identify and resolve project challenges and risks proactively.

Qualifications
