Seeking a Superintendent with experience in highway lighting systems for a direct hire opportunity with our client,an established family-owned electrical company, specializing in industrial electrical, highway lighting, and traffic signalization projects in Central Florida.
This position offers full benefits including employer paid Medical insurance, PTO, Dental and 401k!
Paid certifications such as Crane Certification, IMSA, MOT, Traffic Signal Tech Level I, Level II, and Level III.
Salary is between $70,000 - $120,000 per year (based on experience) with opportunities for career advancement!
Must be able to work out-of-town and nights on occasion
Primary Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures.
- Supervise subordinates and crew operations to meet or exceed Project requirements and Client expectations.
- Oversee equipment maintenance, care, and inventory.
- Ensure all training needs are met for subordinates.
- Participate in Project start-up and progress meetings.
- Prepare activity, safety, and progress reports.
- Report any problems to the Project Manager.
- Oversee site operations to ensure safety.
