We are seeking a Working Foreman with construction experience in water/wastewater treatment plants and pumping stations for a Direct Hire opportunity in the DMV area (including Manassas, Leesburg, and surrounding municipalities). Key Responsibilities:
- Direct, supervise, and troubleshoot routine job site issues
- Ensure safety regulations are strictly followed on-site
- Develop daily and weekly work schedules based on project needs and crew availability
- Oversee and coordinate subcontractor activities and workflow
- Delegate tasks to crew members and monitor project progress
- Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring team members
- Ensure projects stay on time and within budget
- Provide regular status updates to supervisors and project managers
- Address and resolve conflicts or miscommunications on-site
Qualifications:
- Experience in water/wastewater construction (treatment plants, pumping stations, municipal projects)
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to manage crews and subcontractors efficiently
- Knowledge of construction safety protocols and job site regulations
- Comfortable traveling between job sites; no daily office check-in required
