We are seeking a Yard / VPC Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the activities of employees involved in storing, transferring, and processing vehicles. This role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and compliance while managing multiple departments within the Vehicle Processing Center (VPC) in Philadelphia, PA.

Pay : $25 / hour
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations with auto center personnel and staff.
- Ensure a steady and organized flow of vehicles entering the VPC.
- Oversee various VPC departments, including team leads, vehicle prep teams, body shop / FINN Auto areas, and First Point of Rest department.
- Monitor department staffing levels and adjust as needed to meet production goals.
- Assist in the disciplinary process, addressing employee performance, behavioral, and conduct concerns.
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment, complying with OSHA, local, and state regulations.
- Conduct accident, injury, and incident investigations and provide detailed reports.
- Implement corrective actions to prevent future accidents and injuries.
- Work with other supervisors to coordinate departmental activities.
- Analyze and resolve operational challenges to maintain productivity.
- Establish and adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
- Maintain clear communication and organization among teams.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager.
