As a result of our commitment to product excellence our Corporate Engineering Team is expanding. We are searching for a Principal Process Engineer . This is a senior level technical position and will report to the Director of Engineering.
We are looking for high performing individuals… can-do people with proven track records of success in supporting manufacturing operations and bringing value to OEM customers.
Key Responsibilities of this role are to :
- Implement new metal coating solutions at SSWAT plants in the US and Mexico.
- Utilize structured engineering experimentation to optimize metal coating application.
- Recommend capital investments to support SSWAT manufacturing strategy. Conduct financial analyses to support capital recommendations.
- Serve as Technical Project Lead on the implementation of approved capital projects. Report on progress to Executive Leadership as required.
- Provide process engineering support throughout the organization as requested.

This role is structured to be fully remote. Travel to customers, vendor and manufacturing locations will be required. Travel will be international (US / Mexico) and possibly extensive (up to 50%)
