Program Director Job Description:
The Program Director will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, monitoring, modification, and evaluation of our program. The successful candidate will have a strong background in program management, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight of program design, implementation, monitoring, modification, and evaluation.
- Compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Proposal writing, negotiation, and contract management.
- Administrative and financial coordination with referring agencies.
Qualifications:
- Masters or better in Social Work or related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a program director or manager in child welfare, juvenile justice, or mental health.
- Experience in non-profit organizations and programs preferred.
Salary and Benefits:
- Starting Salary Range: $95,000 - $114,000 DOE.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience with Evidence Based Practices (EBPs) preferred.
- Experience with grant writing and contract negotiations preferred.
