Schedule Information
7-3 : 30p M-F
Team scheduling, posted 17 days prior
1-2 days per week 730-4 if on call
Every third weekend on call
Every other holiday
Unit Specific Information
of suites / labs : 2 labs
cases per day on average : 5-10
Common diagnoses / Types of patients : Inpatient, outpatient, and emergent, Stroke Thrombectomy, Embolizations, Lines, Tubes, Visceral, Para, Thora, flouro, etc.
Panning and scrubbing duties
Manager / Charge Nurse : Team Lead present in the lab
Additional Details
Radiation Badge must be supplied and in hand prior to start
Profile Review Manager Interview
Need scrubbing experience
EPIC and Philips Xper (Hemo), Siemens C-Arm
Intensivist MD In house 24 / 7, IR always available, on call after hours
Team Lead there and working in the lab
Radiology pre / post requirements
Lead will be provided, bring your own lock for locker and hospital designated shoes
Radius Rule : 50 miles
RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
