LDRP / Level I Nursery and OB Unit - Float to Medsurg/Peds
Contract Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Radius Rule: 50 miles
Responsibilities:
As an LDRP RN, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, working closely with our team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Titrate drips, including Pitocin, magnesium sulfate, and amp and gent for babies
- Float to medsurg/peds and occasionally to ER if comfortable
- Provide Labor and Delivery, Nursery, and some newborn stabilization experience
- Work collaboratively with anesthesia team, who is on call and within a few blocks of the hospital
Requirements:
- BLS certification required
- NRP certification required
- Preferred certifications: ACLS, STABLE, TNCC
- Labor and Delivery, Nursery, and some newborn stabilization experience
Schedule Information:
We offer flexible scheduling options, including:
- 0645-1915 and 1845-0715 shifts
- Self-scheduling allowed
- Weekend and holiday work as needed
Unit Specific Information:
Our LDRP unit has:
- 4 L&D beds
- 1 triage bed
- 4 postpartum beds
- 250 births per year
