Job Requirements 2 years of experience required Understanding of dementia, stroke, and geriatric patient care RNs required to titrate drips Previous travel experience not required Schedule Information 12hr shifts from 0645-1915 and 1845-0715 Team scheduling with block scheduling possible upon request Weekend requirement : Every other Holiday requirement : Alternating / As scheduled, usually every other holiday Unit Specific Information Floating requirements : ER / Medsurg Support 3 shifts of unit / department specific orientation Scrubs provided, no specific color required Additional Details NO CLINICAL INVOLVEMENT Nurse : Patient Ratios : 1 : 8, utilizing team nursing Common titratable drips include electrolytes, hypertensive medications, IV antibiotics, blood transfusions Charge Nurse on each shift with team assignments Nurse Aides / CNA on each shift
