Certification Details BLS ARRT (R) ARRT (CT) Job Details CT Tech position at St Alexius Health Williston Medical Center Department : CT Tech Common types of imaging / studies performed : Adults and pediatrics, Strokes, STEMI, trauma, abdominal pain, head injury, kidney stone, CTA. High volume of outpatient CTs scheduled M-F 8-5 Fast paced department with excellent teamwork. Job Requirements BLS certification required Certified CT Technologist - ARRT (CT) Verification Certified Radiologic Technologist - ARRT (R) Verification ARRT (R) with CME requirements met for CT or ARRT (CT) Schedule Information 7a-7p, 7p-7a shifts Variable weekend requirements depending on schedule Every other holiday requirement 3-12 hour shifts for unit / department specific orientation Unit Specific Information Team scheduling Self-scheduling not allowed Additional RTO needed upfront; additional RTO will not be approved after submissions Additional Details No clinical involvement Will cover x-ray after hours from 2330-0700 unless high volume of CTs Utilize a PACS and Centralized Response Team Inquire System (CRTIS) Philips 128 slice primary, Philips 16 slice backup, and Bracco injectors No staff radiologist in-house Travelers tend to stay for a year and report positive experiences
