The Admissions Operation Department is seeking a detail orientated and organized part-time (25 hours a week) Admissions Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our admissions process ensuring a seamless experience for prospective students and applicants.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Processing high school and college transcripts and other supplemental item entries in the CRM and document imaging systems for all admissions offices.
- Responsible for assisting in CRM data entry, merging duplicate system records and bulk text messaging within the CRM.
- Responsible for printing acceptance letters for all admitted undergraduate applicants.
- Working closely with the Registrar's office in regards to inner-office transcript transfer and storage.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years' experience in area of responsibility or related area.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software (e.g., Slate) is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
