St. Ambrose University is seeking a Coordinator of Sports Information. This position is responsible in assisting in maintaining all aspects of the St. Ambrose Sports Information department, covering 31 men's and women's athletic programs. St Ambrose is a member of the NAIA, Chicagoland Collegiate Conference, Heart of America Conference and Mid-States Football Association.
Responsibilities: The Coordinator of Sports Information is responsible for overseeing the athletic department's social media accounts, producing and managing content on the program's website (www.saubees.com), serving as an in-game statistician for home athletic contests, coordinating for webcasts through Stretch Internet and managing sports information staff (including graduate assistant and work studies). Other duties may be assigned by the Director of Sports Information.
Required: Bachelor's degree, proficiency in social media, strong written and verbal skills, and experience and in-depth knowledge of StatCrew and DakStats software. Past experience in a collegiate sports information office and knowledge of web design and maintenance preferred. Position is open until filled.
