The Office of the Registrar is seeking a motivated Customer Support / Class Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate would serve as the primary support staff for faculty and department chairs with class assignments and enrollment levels based on University policy/procedures.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Class registration
- Course section entry
- Room scheduling
- Managing class enrollment levels
- Assisting with transcript requests and enrollment verifications
- Managing SAU Registrar email account
- Serving in a customer service role assisting students, faculty, staff and alumni
Qualifications:
- Minimum of an Associate's Degree or 3-5 years of experience related experience
- Knowledge of relational database management and Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
