Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all technical aspects of Galvin Fine Arts productions including, professional artists, SAU Music Concerts, internal events/ceremonies, and external leases.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to conceptualize and implement technical designs or strategies.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of specialized equipment and software.
- Develop and enforce safety and operational protocols.
- Train, mentor and manage students in technical practices and event production.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in technical specialties, e.g., lighting design and live sound.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience in an academic setting.
