Summer Camp Counselor - Teen Camp
St. Andrew's Family Fitness Plus, a subdivision of St. Andrew's Parks and Playground, is searching for a couple of Camp Counselors for our new Teen Camp. The ideal teammate is passionate about empowering others and is excited to be part of a team that has enriched lives through parks, recreation, and wellness for over 75 years!
As a Teen Camp Counselor, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, supportive, and enjoyable environment for teenagers attending our summer camp. You'll be responsible for overseeing a group of campers, ages 13 to 17, and facilitating a range of activities that promote personal growth, teamwork, and fun experiences.
As a Teen Camp counselor you will have a chance to make a positive impact on the lives of teenagers and create lasting memories for the campers and for yourself. You will also gain hands-on experience in youth development, leadership, and outdoor education.
Join us as a Teen Camp Counselor and be part of an exciting summer filled with adventure, friendship, and personal growth! This program will run from June 2 to August 8, 2025, Monday through Friday, from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Position Title: Camp Counselor - Teen Camp
Division/Department: Family Fitness Plus / New Programs
Reports To: General Manager
Salary/Pay Rate: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour, depending on experience
Benefits: Full family membership to the fitness center; Medical Care Membership available with low ($68) monthly premiums; Seasonal Camp Shirts provided.
