Role Description
This is a community coach role for an OL Coach located in Savannah, GA. The OL Coach will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, supervising players during practices and games, providing mentorship and guidance to student-athletes, and collaborating with other coaching staff. The OL Coach will also be responsible for scouting and recruitment, maintaining equipment, and ensuring that all activities adhere to school policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Expertise in developing and implementing training programs
- Strong mentoring and leadership skills
- Experience in scouting and recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of safety protocols and equipment maintenance
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive team environment
- Previous coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Management, or a related field is preferred
