APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN needed for Denbigh area of Newport News.
Qualified candidates must have working knowledge in
- HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and completing apartment or multi-family unit turns.
- Hand tools, reliable transportation, clean drug test, and driving/criminal record check required.
- The ability to work independently or as a team member is essential.
- Rotational On-call for emergency maintenance and some overtime is required.
- CFC Certification required
