What are the responsibilities and job description for the Move-In Coordinator position at St. Andrews at Brooking Park?
Duties:
- Assist Admissions Coordinator with smooth transitiion of patients from acute care settings, home or other senior living settings to post-acute/long term care setting.
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the move-in process for residents into skilled nursing facility
- Ensure rooms are ready for occupancy and room assignments are complete
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of residents
- Manage and maintain accurate records of resident information and processing
Experience
- Previous experience in a senior living or long-term care setting is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
