- Supervise weekend staff and operate as building manager for the weekend
- Complete initial and on going assessments to identify the physical psychosocial and environmental needs of nursing home patients.
- Assess patients conditions and chart observations and perform evaluations
- educate patients and their families on proper healthcare strategy and procedures
- make recommendations for devices or tools that might improve the patients quality of life
- provide effective communication to patients/ clients, their family members, team members and other healthcare professionals
- supervise staff assigned to you and utilize them to accomplish facility goals and exceeding customer service standards and providing quality healthcare.'
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $31.00 - $35.00 per hour

- Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
