Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR sourcing, talent management, and technical recruiting, with proficiency in HRIS systems such as UltiPro and Kronos.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, and networking events.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Manage the applicant tracking system to maintain accurate records of candidate progress throughout the hiring process.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Utilize tools for managing employee data
- Generate reports
- Maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
Requirements
- Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
- Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, Internet and Intranet navigation.
- Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives.
- Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, take initiative and make independent decisions.
- Ability to deal with new tasks without the benefit of written procedures.

- Ability to staff building to meet state requirements and maintain budget of the building
