We are currently seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee external development projects related to our client's CAR-T programs in collaboration with Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations (CDMOs). This is a contract role – approximately 20 hours/week.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee external development projects related to our client's CAR-T programs in collaboration with Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations (CDMOs). This is a contract role – approximately 20 hours/week.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all phases of CAR-T project development in collaboration with external CDMOs.
- Facilitate project planning, execution, and reporting, ensuring milestones are met within timelines and budgets.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including R&D, regulatory, quality assurance, and manufacturing teams.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives based on project outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (5 years) in project management within the biotech/pharmaceutical industry, in cell therapy development; CAR-T experience a plus
- Strong understanding of CDMO operations and experience in managing external partnerships.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to drive projects to completion.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP or similar) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with regulatory environments and compliance related to cell and gene therapies
