What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Tech position at St. Andrews Retirement Community?
Perform maintenance service and repairs of building and equipment to provide a safe environment; assist other team member to perform work in specific trade. Prefer facilities experience with knowledge of OIG regulations; mechanical aptitude; valid driver's required; worked with TELS or similar systems; HVAC tyupe 1 to 2
Physical requirements - lift 50 lbs and up to 20 lbs frequently, and up to 10 lbs constantly. Climb laddres, paint and patch work, knowledge of electrical wiring, apartmnent make ready or flip experience, ability to work alone; experience in assisted living or hospice a plus;
Schedule 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday; rotating on-call is required
