What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head Women's Flag Football Coach position at St. Andrews University?
St. Andrews University, an NAIA institution, is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Head Women's Flag Football Coach. St. Andrews is a member of the Appalachian Athletics Conference and is located in the Sandhills region of North Carolina. The position reports to the Director of Athletics and is a full-time 12 month position. Duties include, but are not limited to: coaching and player development, recruitment of student athletes, process of travel, scheduling, program budget, student athlete eligibility and academic progress, fundraising, game management and other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics. The candidate should possess knowledge of NAIA and women's flag football rules, standards, and regulations and dedication to ongoing education. The position is also responsible for developing effective and positive communication with the students, faculty, alumni, and community.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required, master’s preferred. Proven successful flag football coaching experience at the high school and/or collegiate level.
